Jessica Sylvanson
Jessica’s goal is to provide a healthy space and complimentary modalities for healing.
This includes easing pain, integrating experiences, calming the nervous system, and uncovering the body’s own balance and strengths.
Jessica’s training includes acupuncture and adjunctive modalities such as tui na and shiatsu (types of massage), acupressure, cupping (aka myofascial decompression), gua sha or scraping (aka Graston), moxibustion and other heat therapies, exercise and stretching guidance, mindfulness and meditation, and herbal and dietary recommendations.
Jessica has owned and maintained a complimentary medicine practice in Gunnison since 2006. She treats a full range of health issues including pain, digestive issues, fertility and women’s health, mental health, autoimmune conditions, upper respiratory disorders, allergies, adjunctive cancer care, ENT, urinary, and skin conditions. This is a wholistic medicine system and can complement many other treatments.
I am thrilled to work alongside so many great practioners at the Main Street Clinic!
